Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original Urban Revolution packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your replacement piece within 3 to 5 business days.
